I've been working out on legs twice a week and my upper body twice a week. I try to do crunches after each workout. The first couple days my abs were so sore that I couldn't do them the next day so I had to hold off thill they didn't feel so sore.

Wednesday Dec 1 I'm getting a new business cable modem installed and so will post my new schedule starting then. Happy Thanksgiving you all. We celebrated tonight. My brother and his fiance came over with her daughter and grandson. Her Mom died on Sunday and her family is getting together tomorrow and the funeral is on Saturday. I'm making a resolution to start getting into a healthier style of eating and lifting in the evenings. Not sure If I'll start tonight but If my food digest then I'll do some squats tonight. Lightly. I had my show last night and had fun with the guys in there. Such a blast. I will be going to get myself some training this spring and will have my laptop with me doing shows. I am going to get Certified to be a Professional Horse trainer. I'll also be able to visit my best friend Bambi from High school while gone to! Since I have to be gone from home my little baby dogs will be going with me. So will Queenie and Emma for my taining horses. I may bring Nico depending on how he is acting and if he is in desperate need of better training. I'll have to make video's and post on the site while I'm gone.
